Katbot Licensing · Single-tenant deployment

Run your own trading
intelligence platform.

Katbot is the agentic research, recommendation, and execution engine behind katbot.ai. License it, deploy it inside your own cloud account, and put your name on it. Your infrastructure. Your keys. Your builder code. Your users.

The case

Two years of agentic trading infrastructure, ready to deploy under your name.

Building this from scratch means a research pipeline, an agent orchestration layer, a risk engine, exchange integration, order lifecycle management, and a front end traders will actually use. Katbot is all of that, running in production today — and now available as a licensed install.

Time

Ship in weeks, not quarters

Start from a working platform instead of a blank repo. Your team spends its time on strategy and distribution, not on plumbing order state machines.

Control

Your perimeter, your rules

Everything runs in infrastructure you own. Positions, prompts, research output, and user data never leave your account.

Economics

You own the relationship

Your brand, your pricing, your users, your Hyperliquid builder code. We license the software; the business you build on it is yours.

Who it's for

Built for teams that already have traders.

If you have an audience, a desk, or a treasury, Katbot gives you the intelligence layer to serve them.

Prop desks & trading firms

Give every trader an always-on research analyst, with position sizing and approval gates set by your risk team.

Exchanges, brokers & wallets

Add an AI trading intelligence product to an existing user base without building a new engineering org around it.

Trading communities & educators

Turn a Discord or a subscriber list into a product: your agents, your personas, your recommendations, your subscription tiers.

DAOs & treasury managers

Documented reasoning and a full audit trail behind every position — useful when the mandate requires you to show your work.

Fintech & quant startups

Use the platform as your foundation and put your engineering effort into the strategies that differentiate you.

Regulated or restricted regions

Deploy in a specific jurisdiction, on a specific cloud, under your own compliance and data-residency requirements.

What you get

The whole platform, not a demo.

Trading app
React front end — portfolios, recommendations with reasoning, one-click order placement, live P&L, paper and live modes. Themable down to logo, palette, and copy.
Platform API
FastAPI backend — the full REST surface, plus MCP server and webhooks, so your own agents and services can drive the platform from inside your network.
Agent layer
Research, setup, and execution agents with configurable risk personas — from capital-preservation to aggressive momentum — and a composite scoring framework for ranking tokens.
Risk engine
Policy-enforced sizing, leverage caps, stop-loss / take-profit / trailing orders, and human-in-the-loop approval that you can require, relax, or automate per user tier.
Execution
Hyperliquid perpetuals integration — EIP-712 signing, agent delegation, advanced order types, and your own builder code so builder fees accrue to you.
Multi-tenancy
Users, plans, quotas, and metering already built — run it as an internal tool for one desk, or as a subscription product for thousands of accounts.
Deployment
Containers and infrastructure-as-code, database migrations, health checks, and a documented upgrade path from one release to the next.
Documentation
Operator and developer docs, API reference, integration guides, and prompt/persona packs you can fork and tune.
Support
Onboarding, a private support channel, and release updates for the term of the license. Scope and response targets are set in your agreement.

Bring your own everything

No lock-in you didn't choose.

Your models

Point the agents at whatever you already pay for, or at nothing external at all.

  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Together, and OpenAI-compatible endpoints
  • Self-hosted open-weight models on your own GPUs
  • Per-tier model routing, so cost follows plan value

Your identity

The install should look like your product, because it is.

  • Logo, palette, typography, domain, and transactional email
  • Your terms of service, privacy policy, and disclaimers
  • Your own docs site, or a rebranded copy of ours

Your data

The audit trail lives with you and stays with you.

  • Your database, your backups, your retention policy
  • Full reasoning trace stored for every recommendation and order
  • Export anything, any time — no proprietary storage format

Your agents

Katbot is the recommendation and execution substrate; the orchestration is yours to extend.

  • Framework-agnostic: OpenClaw, Claude Code, LangChain, PydanticAI, or your own
  • MCP server and REST API for external agents
  • Custom prompts, personas, scoring weights, and strategy packs

How it works

From first call to your first live trade.

A real sequence, not a funnel. Each step has a clear exit condition, and you can stop at any of them.

  1. STEP 01

    Intro call

You describe your users, your jurisdiction, and your risk posture. We tell you plainly whether Katbot fits.

  2. STEP 02

    Architecture review

We map the platform onto your cloud, your identity provider, and your compliance requirements, and agree on scope.

  3. STEP 03

    Pilot deployment

A working install in your sandbox, running paper trades against live market data, with your branding applied.

  4. STEP 04

    Go live

Your builder code, your risk limits, your users. Ongoing releases and a private support channel from day one.

Questions

Before you write to us.

Is this hosted for us, or do we run it?

You run it. The license covers a single-tenant deployment in infrastructure you control. If you'd rather we operate it for you, mention that in your email — managed deployment is available and scoped separately.

Do we get source code?

There are container-only and source-included license forms. Which one fits depends on how much you intend to modify and what your security review requires. We'll walk through both.

Can we trade venues other than Hyperliquid?

The execution layer is abstracted behind an adapter interface. Hyperliquid is the venue we ship and support today; additional venues are a scoping conversation.

Does anything report back to Katbot?

No telemetry, no shared control plane, no customer data leaving your account. License validation is handled without transmitting usage or trading data.

What does it cost to run?

Your infrastructure and model spend are yours to control directly — research runs are the largest variable, and per-tier model routing exists specifically to manage that. We'll share sizing guidance during the architecture review.

What are the license terms?

Term, territory, tenancy, support level, and any exclusivity are set per agreement. Pricing and terms are shared under NDA — email us and we'll start there.

Tell us what you’re building.

Licensing terms, pricing, and deployment scope are handled case by case. Send us a few lines about your team and we’ll come back with specifics — usually within two business days.

Including these makes the first reply a useful one:

  • Who your users are — internal desk, customers, community, treasury
  • Where you'd deploy — AWS, GCP, Azure, on-prem, or undecided
  • Roughly how many users you expect
  • Your timeline, and any jurisdiction or compliance constraints

Katbot is trading software, not financial advice, and does not manage funds on your behalf.
